Each artwork is an original or limited-edition piece, so all returns are handled individually and subject to approval. If your work arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will guide you through inspection and resolution. Commissioned and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable; approved refunds are issued once the returned work has been received and inspected.
